Dan's practice encompasses many aspects of commercial real estate law. He has extensive experience with resort development, timeshare and membership structures, commercial leasing and the purchase, sale and financing of commercial properties. Dan's primary focus involves all aspects of recreational property and resort development. He has extensive experience assisting clients with resort structuring and complaince with disclosure requirements. Dan joined the firm now known as Schinnour Matkin & Pichette in 2005 after having spent the previous three years with the Calgary based law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP.
